Chronos Ruler

Koyuki meets a mysterious duo, Victor and Kiri.

A huge white Horologue appears in the casino town C'est La Vie; Victo and Kiri bear the brunt of its powerful attacks until Mina, a girl who can control wind, saves them.

Mina, Victo and Kiri arrive at Chronos headquarters and Victo looks himself up in Chronos' archives.

Victo ends up in a battle with Aisrehdar, the leader of Chronos who rules over all creation and far outclasses Victo; Mina catches up to them and witnesses something unbelievable.

Victo and Aisrehdar battle for the possession of Unique, the original Oath of Time.

Having completed Aisrehdar's tests, Victo and Kiri's lives briefly return to relative calm; they attempt to decipher a mysterious coded language in their efforts to find the records of Victo's past work with Chronos.
