The team of ghost hunters initiates their investigation within the abandoned hospital. Though no longer in use, the team uncovers evidence suggesting a malevolent presence has claimed residence within these walls.

Accompanied by Dr Tony Jinks, the team journeys to Picton, renowned as one of the most haunted towns in Australia; Andrea leads a walk-through to explore the paranormal aspects of the old Imperial Hotel.

Four fresh faces are introduced to an aged psychiatric asylum as part of a technical assessment; Andrea and Tony conduct their own investigations, delving into the motivations behind the work of ghost hunters.
