Popeye the sailor man is back, but his rooftop spinach garden is in danger; with some help from his Olive Oyl, Eugene the Jeep, and of course a trusty can of spinach, he must stop Bluto from getting his hands on his prized leafy greens.
Popeye and Olive Oyl are playing in the snow when Bluto ruins their snowman and starts the mother of all snowball fights; it's going to take more than muscle to get Bluto in his snow fort.
