Jack, Sydney and Nadia learn that Irina Derevko (Lena Olin) is alive, and they head out to find her to thwart Elena Derevko's (Sonia Braga) Rambaldi scheme.

Sydney, Jack, Irina (Lena Olin), Vaughn and Nadia are the last hope to save the world from the catastrophic effects of the Rambaldi end game -- put into action by Elena Derevko (Sonia Braga, "American Family," "Kiss of the Spider Woman"). Meanwhile, the Rambaldi prophecy surrounding Sydney and Nadia comes one step closer to becoming reality, Sloane's true allegiances are realized, and Vaughn asks Sydney a momentous question.

In the second of two parts, "All the Time in the World", Sydney and Jack must find a way to keep Sloane and Irina from putting their deadly plan into action.

Sydney gives birth to the baby, but Sloane may need something from the newborn. Nadia awakens.

Sydney is reunited with Vaughn after being kidnapped and put in a hypnotic state in order to retrieve information from the depths of her mind. But unbeknownst to Sydney, her captor is a familiar face with a vested interest in Sydney’s future and the future of her unborn child.
