S5 E1: It's been 4 years since gang left Tree Hill, & many things have changed. Lucas has published his first novel, "Unkindness of Ravens ," & now works on his second. Along with Skills, Lucas also coaches his former high school basketball team, vowing to take squad to another championship. Peyton, who is at beginning of budding music venture, loved 2 things when she graduated from high school: Lucas & music. But did leaving Tree Hill for internship at record company in Los Angeles change her mind about either passion? Peyton's best friend Brooke has been chasing her dream of becoming top fashion designer with her clothing line Clothes over Bros. 4 years later, Brooke finds herself at crossroads; she has found some success, but at what cost? Nathan & Haley, young parents who are trying to find their way, have also endured highs & lows -- particularly those of Nathan's career path -- but they have balanced this journey with joys of parenthood as they raise their young son, Jamie.
