Garry Goodrow

Garry Goodrow was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Goodrow started his acting career landing roles in such films as "The Connection" (1962), "Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice" (1969) and "Summertree" (1971). He also appeared in the drama "Glen and Randa" (1971) with Steve Curry, "The King of Marvin Gardens" (1972) with Jack Nicholson and "Steelyard Blues" (1973) with Jane Fonda. His film career continued throughout the seventies and the eighties in productions like the action picture "Escape From Alcatraz" (1979) with Clint Eastwood, the horror movie "The Prey" (1980) with Debbie Thureson and the comedy "Hero at Large" (1980) with John Ritter. He also appeared in the Tony Danza comedy "The Hollywood Knights" (1980). During the latter half of his career, he tackled roles in "The Sure Thing" (1985) with John Cusack, the Jennifer Grey dramatic period piece "Dirty Dancing" (1987) and the comedy "Quick Change" (1990) with Bill Murray. Goodrow most recently acted in "Helicopter" (2000).
