Hot Buns
Set in a strange polarised world of Butts and Hands, "Hot Buns" follows the story of how a single act of violence against an oppressed Butt ignites a media frenzy. The film follows the incident, which is broadcast on live television by a world-renowned chef, and the emergence of a butt empowerment movement seeking to challenge the status quo of their society. Structured around parodies of entertainment and social media content, the film explores the good, the bad, and the ugly aspects of performative media and its potential to both help and harm communities.
