Harold Adamson

Harold Adamson boasts musical talents that have been featured in a variety of Hollywood productions. Adamson began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like "Banjo on My Knee" (1936), "The Great Ziegfeld" (1936) and "Breezing Home" (1937). He followed this honor with songs in the Michèle Morgan adaptation "Higher and Higher" (1943). He was nominated for an Academy Award for "That Certain Age" in 1938. Adamson was nominated for an Academy Award for "An Affair to Remember" in 1957. He followed this honor with songs in the dramatic adaptation "Separate Tables" (1958) with Rita Hayworth. Adamson was most recently credited in "Aloha" (2015). Adamson passed away in August 1980 at the age of 74.
