Steve Rannazzisi

Actor Steve Rannazzisi grew up on Long Island and majored in Theater and Film at the State University of New York. After moving to Los Angeles in the early 2000s, Rannazzisi began by working the door at the Comedy Club and taking acting classes at The Groundlings. After Ashton Kutcher saw a set of his at the Comedy Store, he cast Rannazzisi in "Punk'd" (MTV, 2003-2012). In 2006, Rannazzisi had a role in the largely improvised ensemble comedy "For Your Consideration," directed by Christopher Guest. Rannazzisi also continued to find work in TV as a regular on "Big Day" (ABC, 2006-07) and a multi-episode guest role on the Christina Applegate sitcom "Samantha Who?" (ABC, 2007-09). In 2009, Rannazzisi had his busiest year to date, with small roles in two movies, "Paul Blart: Mall Cop," and "Imagine That." He also began his breakout role as Kevin Macarthur, a sports fan married to the superior fantasy football manager Jenny (Katie Aselton), in the cult favorite sitcom "The League" (FX, 2009-2015). Taking advantage of the heightened exposure, Rannazzisi continued to hone his stand-up; "Manchild" (2013), an hour-long stand-up special, aired on Comedy Central. His second comedy special, "Breaking Dad," aired in 2015.
