Sandra tells her psychologist Marek Pošta about an argument with her boyfriend, after which she slept with a man she met at a bar. She says she is in love with Marek. He says he would never violate their doctor-patient relationship.

Igor visits Marek's office for the first time. As a soldier in Afghanistan, he guided a bomber towards a target that turned out to be full of civilians. Back home, he nearly died of a heart attack. Marek sees a connection with the war.

Marek is visited by 15-year-old gymnast Linda, who needs an official certification that she is mentally okay. Her arms are in a cast after getting hit by a car while on her bikde. Marek thinks she may have caused the accident on purpose.

A former journalist, Jana now edits a society magazine. After years of treatment, she is pregnant but wants an abortion to return to journalism. Her husband Michal suspects another reason. Marek explores the causes of the couple's dischord.

Marek visits an old colleague to share his professional doubts. He feels he lacks patience and confidence. Dita questions his relationship with Sandra. Marek describes his conflicts with his daughter and says his marriage is in crisis.

Marek argues with his wife. Today, Sandra says she has made up with her boyfriend and they plan to marry. Marek is skeptical. Sandra describes her sexual desires and again says she is in love with Marek but he clearly rejects her advances.
