In their secluded farmhouse, a mother and former surgeon, teaches her daughter, Francisca, to understand human anatomy and be indifferent to death. One afternoon, a mysterious visitor shatters Francisca's family life, deeply traumatizing the young girl, and awakening some unique curiosities.
