James Rennie

James Rennie was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Rennie appeared in such films as "Flying Pat" (1920), "The Bad Man" (1930) and "The Girl of the Golden West" (1930). He also appeared in "Illicit" (1931). He kept working in film throughout the forties, starring in "Skylark" (1941) with Claudette Colbert, "Crossroads" (1942) and "Now, Voyager" (1942). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in "Tales of Manhattan" (1942), "A Bell For Adano" (1945) and the Alexander Knox biopic "Wilson" (1945). Rennie was most recently credited in the AnnaSophia Robb dramatic adaptation "Bridge to Terabithia" (2007). Rennie was married to Dorothy Gish. Rennie passed away in July 1965 at the age of 75.
