New Employee

S1 E4: When Harper is hired on at Waverly Sub Station Alex uses a spell to help her overcome her clumsiness. Jerry and Theresa recognize Harper's awesome ability to carry ten plates at a time, etc and make her Alex's new boss prompting friction between the two friends and Alex's realization that her misuse of magic worked against her. Justin sets up a tutorial program in the Sub Station and is threatened by the local Wiz Kid whose business he's stealing.
