Tom Conway

Tom Conway was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Conway began his acting career with roles in such films as the drama "Sky Murder" (1940) with Walter Pidgeon, the musical "Lady Be Good" (1941) with Eleanor Powell and the adventure "Tarzan's Secret Treasure" (1941) with Johnny Weissmuller. He also appeared in "Free and Easy" (1941), "The Trial of Mary Dugan" (1941) with Robert Young and "The Bad Man" (1941). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "The Falcon in Hollywood" (1944), "The Falcon in Mexico" (1944) and "The Falcon Out West" (1944). He also appeared in "Two O'Clock Courage" (1945). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in "The Last Man to Hang" (1956), "Voodoo Woman" (1957) and the Arthur Franz sci-fi feature "The Atomic Submarine" (1960). He also appeared in the Shirley MacLaine musical comedy "What a Way to Go!" (1964). Conway was most recently credited in "The Cobbler" (2015) with Adam Sandler. He also lent his distinctive voice to the animated picture "101 Dalmatians" (1961) with Rod Taylor. Conway was married to Queenie Leonard. Conway passed away in April 1967 at the age of 63.
