Herc and his fellow students all take a trip to the Agora, an outdoor shopping center full of stores and food joints, where the students will be assigned a work station for "Internship week". Herc gets placed working in "Gyro World" in the food court. As if the whole "fast food employee" stigma wasn't bad enough, his uniform consists of a red apron and a lambs hat, no less. AGGHH! Somebody call the fashion police!

Hercules is crowned King of Thessaly and it seems like it'll be a blast. But then Herc finds out that being king isn't all fun and games, but he can't quit because Zeus and Hera are so proud of his achievement. Meanwhile, Pain and Panic team up with Salmoneus (the ousted King of Thessaly) and try to put an end to King Hercules' popular reign.

Ares is at it again. Jealous of his sister and the popularity of her plush city-state, he has Hephaestus make him a secret weapon. Athena's wise to her brother's dirty tricks and has Hercules go undercover. Watch to see what he uncovers!

Trying to show off in front of Tempest, the Amazon warrior princess, Herc tosses his junior javelin for a full-fledged spear. As if he knows what he's doing, he throws it, misses the target by quite a few miles and nearly hits Pericles, the beloved ruler of Athens. Pericles is already in fear for his life. He's had threats and previous attempts by a real assassin. Unfortunately, Phil's gym is inscribed on the spear, implicating innocent Phil as the assassin. It's up to Herc and Tempest to get the truth told and uncover the true assassin in order to free Phil of his death sentence.

Cassandra has a vision of herself KISSING ICARUS!!! She begs Hercules to prevent it from happening. Herc agrees to try, but in the process actually gives Ick the idea to kiss her. Whoops! When it seems there's no escape for Cass, Hades, who's looking for a new seer, appears and offers his services to prevent "the kiss" in exchange for her soul. After some "savvy" negotiating, Cass gets to keep her soul during school hours and every other Sunday. Doesn't she realize what she's done?!

Herc feels that shop class can teach him nothing useful to be applied to the real world. But when Hades gets Poseidon to re-route the River Styx so that all of Greece comes under Hades' control, it turns out that a shop class lesson is exactly what Herc needs to save the day.
