Premê

With nearly 40 years of comings and goings, Premê is one of the persistent bands of the São Paulo music vanguard. The documentary made their members activate their memoirs, showing rare images, many unpublished even to their most devoted fans, captured at concerts, rehearsals, festivals and TV shows. In its nearly four decades of existence, Premê maintained its good-natured musical identity updated with everyday matters. Premê composed real urban social chronics with unquestionable technical and harmonic quality. The access to audiovisual recordings of the group´s early years allows the audience to make a social and cultural comparison through the decades of 1970 to 2010 and shows how some issues are repeated without losing the contemporaneity.
