S2, E1: As Mindy and Casey adjust to their new life in Haiti, their blissful time is cut short when Mindy suddenly falls ill and is airlifted back to New York. Meanwhile, Schulman & Associates welcome their new resident ob-gyn Paul Leotard (guest star James Franco), a charming, former model who also happens to be a sex therapist and offers sex therapy advice to Danny and Christina (guest star Chloe Sevigny).
