Almost Purr-fect

S2 E2: In a final attempt to nano-power himself, Phibes uses a new version of the formula developed by his agents --- which promptly turns him into a fluffy, saucer eyed kitten. To further his research, Phibes plans on stealing a rare silicon compound that exists in a vault under Shaggleford Manor. His plan might work until he finds that Scooby and Shaggy are hosting a dog show.
