S2 E8: At a party celebrating The Beltway Gang's 15th anniversary, Wanda offends the station owner, Glen Chalmers (MADISON MASON), by reacting strongly to his patronizing attitude. When Chalmers cancels the party and threatens to continue punishing the entire staff for Wanda's behavior, station manager Max (recurring guest star MARK McKINNEY) begs her to apologize. But Wanda proudly refuses, resulting in the show's taping being moved to the middle of the night. With everyone hating her, Wanda quits and immediately returns to stand-up comedy. But even there, she angers her bosses, and she eventually comes up with a way to preserve her dignity and return to the show, which is faltering in the ratings without her.
