Blow Out

S18 E13: June 10, 1990. British Airways Flight 5390 takes off from Birmingham, England, carrying 87 passengers and crew to Málaga, Spain. Just 13 minutes into the two-hour flight, a cockpit windscreen separates from its frame and blows out into the sky, nearly sucking out the captain with it.
