Camp Buy Me Love

Available on Disney+, Hulu
S3 E18: There’s still tension between Cappie and Casey about his decision to not move on, and to make matters worse Cappie’s parents show up for a visit. They suggest a camping trip which Casey agrees to once she hears his mom, April, wants a chance to talk to him about his future. While camping, Casey finds out that his parents are the reason Cappie is the way he is now. They’re inconsistent and refuse to commit – the KT house is the longest house Cappie’s lived in which is why he won’t leave. Much to Casey’s dismay April ends up lecturing Cappie on how fast he’s moving at college by suggesting he slow down and take a couple more years before graduating. She also reveals to Casey that they’re there to tell Cappie they’re breaking up, and explains that not all love stories are meant to last. Casey wonders if she and Cappie are only meant to be together in college and tells Ashleigh that the possibility scares her. Rusty feels like he blew his chance with Katherine when he wouldn’t have sex with her but Ashleigh reminds him now he’s free to date Dana. Katherine doesn’t think they’ve broken up so suddenly Rusty is dating two girls at once. Since there is an 80’s theme party that weekend, Ashleigh uses all her 80’s movie knowledge to help Rusty navigate his girl issues – the problem is they can’t figure out whether Dana or Katherine is the girl for him. Calvin helps Evan sneak into ZBZ while Rebecca is away to steal back the necklace Evan gave her for Valentine’s Day. While in her room he wonders if she still has feelings for him when he sees she kept the ticket stub from their first date. Calvin tries to get him to move on so Evan starts talking to Katherine at the party, but Rusty gets jealous because he thinks she’s the girl he wants. To get back at Evan, Rusty reveals it was Beaver who Rebecca cheated on him with which leads Evan to punch Rusty – again! Rusty and Ashleigh realize that Dana is the girl for him and he finally tells her in his own 80’s movie moment.
