S1 E8: Candice Bergen hosts this Christmas episode with musical guests Martha Reeves ("Higher and Higher" and "Silver Bells" ) and The Stylistics ("You Make Me Feel Brand New"). Sketches include Ford Tree-Trimming, Mel's Char Palace, Bee Capades, Latent Elf, Weekend Update (Emily Litella) What Gilda Ate, Don Digital and an appearance by Jim Henson's Muppets.
