S4 E10: New inmate Burr Reading arrives, ready to take charge of the African-American drug scene. Dr. Nathan returns to Em City, and finds the biggest adjustment is dealing with her feelings for O'Reily. Tidd tries to strike up a deal with Schillinger. Glynn hires a new assistant named Floria Mills. The zealotry of new prisoner Jeremiah Cloutier (a former TV evangelist) is met with skepticism. Several Chinese refugees are housed in the Em City common room, where they become caught in a power struggle between Morales and Redding.
