Courtney, Control Freak in Mommy Uniform

S1 E3: The Sisterhood intervenes on Cortney, a working mom whose desire for total control has caused her to lose her sense of individuality. In every aspect of her life, Cortney wears a uniform--even when she's at home being mom. Tanisha, Tracy, Tiffiny and Nikki try to get her to cut loose a bit so she can start enjoying life more, instead of always trying to control it.
