S3 E2: While Kim juggles caring for Kroy and six children, she also has to manage her nutty assistant, Sweetie and eccentric nanny, Lana. As the noise level and chaos in the house escalate, one thing is definitely clear: the Biermanns need more help. In an unfortunate accident, two-year-old, KJ, fractures his leg, landing him in a full cast – and his nanny, Lana, in the doghouse. Sweetie is put on a quest to find a new housekeeper and pool boy – only problem is – she forgot to tell Kim and Kroy that she hired someone already.
