Easter, 1961. The nuns and midwives are shaken by the birth of a baby with severe, unexplained deformities. Meanwhile, Trixie begins teaching her brand new Keep-Fit classes, but an embarrassing incident for one of her group makes her question the relationship between women and their bodies.
