Episode 2

S1 E2: We travel to St. Petersburg where Dennis and Volodya, 25, are keen to start families with their wives. The two men are HIV negative, but their wives are positive and in Russia that's a huge obstacle - it is illegal in Russia to assist HIV positive women in their conception.
