S1 E8: Fallon, an energetic personal trainer and celebrity fitness correspondent has no idea what it's like to be overweight. JD, a red carpet videographer, dreams of having a family but has been finding it difficult to find love as he nears 400 pounds and puts his work before everything. Fallon throws her healthy habits away for four months in hopes of teaching JD that health is more important than anything.
