Five Easy Pizzas

S3 E15: Lillian leaves Charles in charge of Sid's Pizza Parlor while she is out of town. Buddy informs Charles that the 'Roving Gourmet' is planning to visit Sid's and would like to do an article on the restaurant. Charles realizes that a good review would mean great business, and a bad review could mean death to the pizza parlor. The Powell family agrees to eat at Sid's and rave about the food. Charles meets Sid's new chef, Dino Firenzi -- "the greatest pizza chef west of Naples." That evening, Charles greets each customer cheerfully since he does not know who the Roving Gourmet really is. Charles is devastated when Dino quits because he cannot take Buddy's constant interference.
