S5 E4: Franklin breaks a school bus safety rule and receives a ticket from the new bus patrol officer - his best friend Bear! When it’s Franklin’s turn to wear the badge, his casual approach to enforcement leads to school bus mayhem. In the end, everyone learns that rules are rules, even for friends. / Franklin and friends take evasive action when rough-and-tumble Wolvie comes to visit. The young wolverine is used to competing with his five boisterous brothers and fails to notice that his new friends don’t play the same way. When everyone sees how gently Wolvie plays with little Harriet, they decide to give him another chance.
