Full Body Dumbbell Workout

S1, E2: This is a total body strength workout designed to save you time while giving you maximum results. You will burn more calories in less time while toning and sculpting your entire body. The routine starts off with a warm up, followed by 8 strength training exercises for a count of 8 in a downward motion & static hold, and finishes off with a cool down. It’s a slow paced routine that you can do every day. Use a set of weights that is 50-60% lighter than what you would normally use. The goal here is to choose consistency over intensity for long lasting results.
