S1 E4: Salinas Valley State Prison is one of California's most notorious prisons, with about 800 incidents each year. Filled far over capacity with some of the system's most dangerous inmates, it's also understaffed. We'll take you to the gangs' training ground - C cellblock and yard- where the most aggressive gangs square off against each other and the guards.
