Hoop Dreams Dinner

S2 E5: Chef Roblé and his team bet on a slam dunk when they're asked to cater New York Knick Tyson Chandler's star-studded fundraiser and birthday dinner. However with back-to-back parties and an unusually detailed menu, guests are left waiting without food longer than Artie would like. Then, as tensions mount, Roblé and Kiku go toe-to-toe over a failed dessert that leaves the pastry chef sidelined.
