Jessica Hynes joins Richard and they use a helicopter to cram 10 hours of sightseeing into 3 before dining out on rotten shark. Suitably refreshed they set out to go whale watching, see the Northern Lights and cast a clinical eye over the famous Blue Lagoon spa.
