Infestation

S1, E4: Nick's golden-boy brother Michael (Malik McCall) is getting married, and Nick (Panou) is stressed-out about fulfilling his duties as best man. Baylin (Karen Cliche), who has chosen not to return to Mongo, is crashing at Flash's (Eric Johnson) and has agreed to be Nick's date for the wedding. On Mongo, Ming (John Ralston) presses Rankol (Jonathan Walker) to gain better control of the rifts, but nevertheless, two menacing-looking insects are inadvertently transported to earth. Zarkov (Jody Racicot) detects the errant rift and alerts Flash, who's on the way to the wedding with Dale (Gina Holden), Nick and Baylin. Flash and Baylin go to investigate the rift, leaving Dale and Nick in the car. When Nick gets impatient and goes looking for them, he's bitten by one of the alien parasites that burrows deep into his flesh. Baylin and Flash must return to Mongo in search of the antidote for Nick's otherwise lethal bite.
