S4 E3: Elpi and Ian want to create a unique home for themselves and their one year old son. They’ve bought an eighteenth century windmill in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. They employ a firm of local builders to convert the windmill and renovate the existing extension. But when Elpi ends up juggling motherhood and project managing while living on site she begins to have second thoughts about the move.
