S1 E8: Nate Heim and the Heim Log Homes crew escape freezing Minnesota and head down to Gilmer, Texas, on a mission to build a Norwegian-style cabin fit for a fire chief. Their client, Eric Metzger, is used to calling the shots. He spent nearly three decades with the Dallas Fire Department, but now that he's retired, Eric and his wife are ready to get back to their rural roots.
