S1 E2: When a factory worker ends up in the hospital after a faulty test-bomb explodes, the manager tries to pin the blame on the Blue Shift. While their leader, Lorna Corbett, and their materials controller, Marco Moretti, conduct their own investigations, Gladys tries to get the women to stand up for their rights.
