Oil Boom

S1 E5: The Sterling Oil Company is convinced that a fortune in oil is lying beneath the surface of the town of Crocus. When they promise easy money to those townspeople willing to sell their land titles, the residents jump on the bandwagon. Sterling's slick salesman manages to secure a good bit of land, much to Jake's dismay. Jake's concern for the community hits home when Julia considers selling the Osborne farm.
