When a stint in the slammer helps the dreaded COUNT SPANKULOT see the wrong of his hiney-hurting ways, the reformed 'Sultan of Sting' becomes determined to join the KIDS NEXT DOOR, a prospect that NUMBUHS ONE through FIVE have trouble getting behind. "OPERATION: D.A.T.E." NUMBUH ONE invites his oblivious, erstwhile girlfriend, LIZZIE, to accompany him to a party hosted by the DELIGHTFUL CHILDREN FROM DOWN THE LANE as cover for his top-secret reconnaissance. But soon he doesn't know whom to fear most: his arch-enemies or his spurned date.
