S1 E6: Hanamichi absorbs the lessons like a sponge and continues to become a respectable member of the basketball team. Vice-captain Kogure's prospect of Hanamichi is high and he comes to expect a lot out of Hanamichi. Then, coach Anzai comes into the scene. Anzai is a former top national player. These days he has a relaxed composure, but as little as five years ago he was known as the demon coach of the university. Anzai announces to the team that they will have a practice game against the prefecture's number 4 team, Ryonan High School. But first, Anzai calls for a practice match between Shohoku's freshmen and upper classmen. It's a showdown!
