S2 E20: A motorcycle-riding robber known as the Dandy Highwayman is kidnapping all the women of Crystal Cove, and now it's up to our heroes to put a stop to his rogue ways. When Daphne is taken, Fred loses it. Nobody steals his girl - even if technically she's not actually his girl at the moment.
