Mama Dearest

S6 E13: Miss Ellie explores the possibility of breaking Jock's will to save her family in spite of opposition from J.R. and Bobby. Pam supports Miss Ellie's position, which upsets Bobby, while Sue Ellen goes along with her husband's wishes. Bobby is frustrated in his desire to get more oil and more profits, while J.R. becomes a media hero as a result of his plentiful oil and cheap gasoline. Holly realizes she has put herself in a difficult position with J.R.'s interest in her company and Donna comes up against heavy opposition in the Energy Commission.
