Second Helping

S3 E11: It's a culinary relay race in this week's quickfire challenge that requires expert shucking, chopping and whipping. The first team to finish wins bragging rights, and a leg-up in the elimination competition in the form of "Top Chef" season one winner Stephen Asprinio. A surprise twist has the contestants nervous, as does special guest judge Geoffrey Zakarian (Chef for NYC's Town and Country Restaurants).
