Sliding Downhill

S1 E5: With tensions at an all-time high, the staff decides to boost morale with a group bobsledding experience that leaves one team member in the dust. Kendra and Jim find a new respect for each other after showing their clients an unforgettable horseback riding experience. Jim's frustration with Elise hits its peak, so he decides to raise his grievances all the way to the top. The staff tries to resolve their issues at a team dinner but it quickly goes downhill.
