S3, E5: Jace helps Simon with his troubles regarding the Mark. In doing so, they find that Kyle is actually Jordan, a werewolf, sent by the Praetor Lupus to examine Simon. Alec grows insecure about Magnus’ immortality, wondering if he’ll be forgotten when he dies. Magnus, not realizing who Lilith is, makes her an anti-love potion, which requires a piece of Clary’s soul. Clary speaks with Ithuriel but as he is about to reveal what has happened, Lilith appears and kills the angel. She takes a piece of Clary’s soul and uses it on Jace, who falls out of love with Clary.
