Summer Fruits

S1 E6: Master Pattisier, Eric Lanlard invites the Community Bakers to his home to try their red velvet cake. He then shows them how to make an upside down berry sponge. Eric also pays a visit to Covent Garden Flower Market where he orders some exotic fruit in order to create a flamboyant desert with Vivek Singh the Executive Chef of the Cinnamon Club to celebrate the restaurant's 10 year anniversary.
