The Big Switch

S17 E5: This week the teams are mixed and the contestants are forced to create new bonds. The new teams compete in a physical and mental challenge and the winning team gets a three-pound advantage at the weigh in. Trainers Jen Widerstrom and Dolvett Quince are shocked to discover their new teams during the first workout of the week, but they cut no corners in pushing their contestants. Host Bob Harper meets the contestants and trainers in the gym for a last-chance challenge that proves to be one of the most difficult yet.
