The Great Transformation

S2 E3: Nick is a successful real estate broker, but he's proving to be a disaster as a flipper. Nick's a year and tens of thousands of dollars into the renovation of a house but has barely any construction to show for it and Sean soon discovers why. Intimidated by the construction process, Nick has handed over too much control to others and now has a badly designed house, a missing contractor, and an eyesore of a construction site with thousands of dollars in fines. Sean sets out to transform both the house and its failing flipper. Making design changes to maximize the value of the house will be the easy part, but can Sean push Nick to get his hands dirty, take control of construction and work his way back to a profit?
