S1 E50: With his medallion destroyed, Shu is swallowed by the Darkness. Instantly, Zola sends Jiro and the others into the Darkness, as well, and, it seems, that all hope is lost. While in the Darkness, Blue Dragon realizes that the lower half of his body now exists and a voice from the dark abyss tells him that this is his true form.
